How do i book a session?
How do i book a session?
Simply fill out the enquire form, where I’ll learn more about you and the type of session you’d like. After filling out the form, I will then contact you with all the details to get you prepared.
What type of session's are included in your mini package?
I specialize in lifestyle, family, birthdays, vow renewals, baby showers, gender reveals, maternity, and more. I also offer Wedding Content Creation services which you can click here to learn more.
Can I customize a photography package to fit all my needs?
Yes! All my photography packages are fully customizable to fit your needs — whether that’s a longer session, more edited photos, or a special location. I also offer content creation (videography), so if you want photos and videos, we can create a package that’s perfect for you!
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Your professionally edited photos will be delivered within 7 days and added to your private gallery in a tab called Edited Photos. I will notify you when the photos are done.
What happens if i (the client) need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your session, please note that your 50% deposit is non-refundable. However, this deposit can be used as a credit toward a future session, giving you the flexibility to reschedule at a time that works best for you.
What happens if the photographer (Sofia Eldemire) needs to cancel my session?
While I always do my best to honor every booking, sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen. If I need to cancel your session, I will notify you as soon as possible and either reschedule your session at a time that works for you or issue a full refund of your 50% deposit. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I’ll make sure the process is simple and stress-free.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and allow time to plan your session.
Where do you capture photos?
I capture sessions at stunning locations across the Cayman Islands, from beaches and parks to the comfort of your own home for lifestyle shoots. I’m happy to suggest beautiful spots, or you can choose your favorite location. Please note that travel fees may apply.

Booking & Payment
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your session. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Severe weather or unforeseen circumstances may result in a complimentary reschedule.
Image Delivery
Edited galleries are delivered digitally within approximately 7–10 business days. The photographer selects the final images included in the gallery. Images that do not meet the photographer's quality standards, including those affected by blinking, focus issues, duplicate poses, test shots, or other technical factors, may be removed at the photographer's discretion.
Additional Images
Additional professionally edited images may be purchased for CI$5 per image. Watermarked proof images may be provided to assist with image selection.
Raw Files
Raw (unedited) files are not provided. Editing is a key part of the creative process and ensures all delivered images reflect the quality and style of Sunkissed Social Editing.
Editing Policy
Images are edited in the photographer's signature style. Basic retouching may be applied; however, body shape, weight, facial features, skin tone, or other permanent physical characteristics will not be altered.
Copyright & Usage
Sunkissed Social Photography retains copyright to all images. Clients receive a personal-use license to download, print, and share their images. Images may not be edited, sold, or used commercially without written permission.
Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond the photographer's control, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.
BUSINESS HOURS & COMMUNICATION
Sunkissed Social Photography operates outside of regular business hours. As I work a full-time position in addition to running my photography business, phone calls are not available Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. During these hours, please contact me via email or text message. Responses will be provided as soon as reasonably possible.

By booking a session and submitting payment, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
